This place needs a new manager. Clearly not the same quality as their NYC locations. Their execution is broken and this location does not do their food justice.

The worst 5 napkin I've ever been to. Inattentive staff, our orders were given to the wrong patrons, and it took well over 30 mins to get bar sliders and fries for happy hour. AND its not busy.
