If you're going for one of the group weightlifting sessions with Varbanov on Tuesdays for the first time, arrive 15 minutes ahead to fill in paperwork and ensure a spot in the class.

Great gym with a really friendly vibe. Tough workouts that really push you to your limit. Highly recommend.
