Come for the Saturday or Sunday brunch. The price is right and the food was awesome. I recommend the eggs benny or the waffles.
They have free wifi, a cafe with sandwiches and a kids play area! The 30 minute oil change was great since my last was at mr lube and they dont have anything like those amenities for me or the kids.
Note some of the exposed concrete pillars beneath HUB. In 1972, when it was first built, there were no offices beneath HUB and it was supported by the pillars alone.

Wine is so so. Building my own burger was fun! Unique restaurant, worth a try if ur not looking for a Good glass of wine. Patio is ver nice.
