Al S: Not cheap but the packaged fruit and nuts here are very good and the packing date is printed on the bottom so you know how fresh they are. Coffee from Portland’s Tandem is great too.
Al S: Grab a cup of coffee at Thinking Cup on Hanover or George Howell in the Public Market, mosey over to the Rose garden and people watch the morning away.
Al S: Everything I had here was good, but the green onion pancake was the standout item. Dump some soy sauce on there and you've got a party. Hot and sour sour is worth a try too.

Al S: Best hazy NE-style IPAs that I've found in Portland. Decent sour/wild ales too. If there is a beer with the word "juice" on the list, drink that.
Al S: Not only some of the best beer on the planet, but this one of the nicest brewery experiences in the world. Lines get long but enjoying a bottle of a Native wild ale on a sunny day makes it worth it.
Al S: One of the few places you can get Stumptown coffee beans to go in Boston. Check the roast date on the bags though because they’re always as fresh as you might expect.
Al S: This an awesome little coffee shop. Great espresso drinks, and even better pourovers. Get a pourover and drink it there. The presentation is beautiful. Reasonably priced too.
