Can confirm Pho Bo Tai is a good one. Not though spicy as I like. Worth mentioning that service is surprisingly very fast considering the size of the restaurant.
It's a new Asian-oriented restaurant. Main plus - personal is so warm-hearted. Though it's general trend in Minsk. If a restaurant is new, personal is awesome. Only few manage to keep up as time goes.
