Hands down most amazing workout I've ever tried! Intense, but if you're looking for body sculpting, Bar Method is the way to go! All of Sherri's instructors are great & extremely helpful.- The bar basic is amazing, even after u try mixed levels! Amazing results! love bar method

This class is INTENSE but an amazing work out! Everyone should try it- My New Year's goal is to have a rockin body in 2013! This place is making it possible!
