Delicious food! We had the beet dip and risotto.. Both incredible. The actual space is amazing - an old refinery I think, loft style, exposed hardware etc.. Brewery inside. So cool!!!
One of the best local breweries with a good number of rotating taps: several good standbys and delicious seasonals. Serves up one of the best cherry sours I've ever had.
Do the Edible Canada Granville Island market tour. Guided by a local chef through the market, sampling tasty bites along the way. Well worth it!
Definitely the best ice cream I've had in Vancouver. Salted caramel is great. Peanut Butter, London Fog and Blueberry were all great too leading me to believe there are no bad flavours.

Come on tuesdays after 5pm for cheaper admission. Guided tour is excellent and starts at 6pm. There is a community bus from the UBC bus loop. If you do walk, head north.
Probably the only bike rental place I know of so close to seawall that has free parking at the back of the store. Only a few spots but still! Bring your student ID and its only $8/ 2 hrs! STEAL.
Stanley Park is one of the biggest city park in the world, with the best beaches around including English Beach. Take a walk around the sea wall or visit the Vancouver Aquarium. This is the best park.
To say you did it. Expect to take the cable car back down, but it's a fantastic cardio workout to go up this mountain side
Don't stop for too long. The view at the top is worth the pain! Also, wear some bug repellant if you go in the summer time!

Excellent small, comfortable and central Vancouver hotel. Great beds and friendly service.
Friendly staff, but the hotel is still too new, so not everythings works fine, e.g. Wifi on the 5th floor. But got lunch und dinner for free instead.

At Beaucoup Bakery, the pastries are pretty solid (the plain croissant scores high on my scrutiny test, and the pine nut croissant is impressive), and the tarts are works of art.
