If you're strapped for time, skip through the bottom level and go to the 2nd level starting with area #5. The first four areas are just geology and archaeology. Interesting but not unique.

In my opinion, the best part of my meal with the desserts. Very interesting mango pudding, lotus paste steamed buns. Wanted to try the char siu but they ran out. A bit overpriced and small portions
They have some unique items on the menu I have not seen in other Chinese restaurants. They also have a very unusual selection of teas. Atmosphere a huge plus!
I still don't understand why someone would name a club "SOSO", but this place is legit :)

All the food I ate at this restaurant was fresh, and of the highest quality. They use very little if any oil in their cooking, and no MSG. Will definitely be going back. 2 floors of dining room spa
The quintessential organic Hong Kong cuisine experience, expect to dedicate at least three hours to the meal...lots of delicious food and totally worth it.
