Alyssa K8월 26, 2014Chambar is now open for brunch with ~300 seats. The menu is essentially the same as the Cafe Medina menu of old (including waffles). So if you're looking to skip Medina's crazy lines...
Eloise Eaton7월 30, 2017Great patio. Probably the best mussels in Vancouver. Never had a bad meal here. The staff are always friendly & helpful. Menu changes seasonally so never becomes boring. Portions are a decent size.

If you can find a way to do the tasting menu, you will not be disappointed. I have had it twice and have been wowed both times.

The Blue Fig. Oven roasted figs steeped in gin. Freeze &serve with a side of Danish blue...don't put this in your drink, nibble &sip. The sharpness of the cheese mellows out the figgy gin. 자세히 보기

Kumiko I9월 9, 2009The lounge is perfect for cocktails, mingling and cozy chatter -- but I prefer dining in the back (with the exposed brick and beautiful high ceilings). The mussels are a must.
