You wouldn't expect to find really good Thai here in Lewisburg, but Siam Cafe is very good. The service is really friendly, and this is a family run place.

Friendly family run place with excellent Filipino food. It's really tiny, so be prepared. The tapsilog is delicious. Spontaneous karaoke may erupt.
