    Go to a show and explore the theatre before the performance, skip the $12 guided tour. Great historic theatre.

    Worst venue in Chicago. Rows T and U in the balcony are folding chairs, not real seats. Mandatory $1 bag check. Super rude staff. Hateful place to be. Avoid at all costs!

    Wasn't super impressed on my trip to see Conan O'brien last week, women's room was out of toilet paper before the show even started, guy at merchandise stand was pretty rude.
