The candlelight and the Moroccan stew are scintillating. -Patti Stanger, Millionaire Matchmaker- Solid B. The positives (tartare, cauliflower, donuts) BARELY outweigh the negatives (flavorless foie gras, cold scallops, boring chocolate tarte, poor service).
