Dominic Smith: Best barbers in South London. Friendly guys who give a great haircut. Often busy but with five chairs, the queue goes down relatively quickly
Dominic Smith: Loads of great food vendors. Everything from grilled cheese to falafel and subs. Nice cocktails and craft beers too. Patience required as it's always crowded
Dominic Smith: Use the side entrance (towards Chinatown) to avoid queues at the front door. Huge selection of tables, drinks and snacks all of which are 24hrs. Go downstairs for the craps (dice) table
Dominic Smith: Amazing selection of Dutch, Belgian and other continental beers right in heart of Chinatown. More likely to find a table upstairs rather than the crowded downstairs.
Dominic Smith: Great pub with a nice selection of beers. Pinball table in the back with a nice room available for private hire. 20% off drinks on a Wednesday.
Dominic Smith: Posh little gastro hiding in Kennington. Nice Windsor style pub serving British classics with a twist. Lovely burger and friendly staff. Big beer garden too.
Dominic Smith: The view. Even if this place didn't have a great bar and food, you'd still come here for the view. Take your sunglasses on a sunny day and enjoy. Get there early to avoid queuing.
Dominic Smith: Good for a business hotel. Spacious rooms, small gym and decent pool. The food is ok. Try to get a room on a higher floor as there's an odd noise in first floor rooms.
Dominic Smith: Despite being on the harbour front this is a great tea shop that doesn't get overly busy. Superb cream tea (pictured) and awesome dinner menu. Perhaps the best crab sandwich in St Ives.
Dominic Smith: Superb authentic little Italian in Clapham. One of the few independents left on the high street. Great service, reasonably priced wine list and good food. Book during peak times.
