    The food at the cafe is the best. In my opinion, the best on campus. Order quesadillas or a chicken caesar sandwich, both are amazing. You can't go wrong with a smoothie either!

    Great fitness center. Mainly for DePaul student but also offer memberships to the public. I have find all the equipments and machinery my workout plan consist of.

    Noise-canceling headphones a must to drown out the "yah, brah"s & "ugghh dooood!"s in the background as you workout. Easiest to avoid the Brah Bunch before 9am & after 6pm.

    Named for DePaul's legendary coach, the fitness center opened in 1999. Ray, 85, was on hand to dunk a basketball (with help from a stepladder). One of his players, NBA forward Tyrone Corbin, helped.

    Take a class of LaVar's, especially the Extreme Circuit one. He keeps changing the routine so you work out different parts and so it doesn't get boring.

    Mind and body classes are the best and at a reasonable rate - 3 month pass is this best for the area.

    There are 3 squat racks but they are busy during the school year, especially from 3-5pm

    If you have been doing the same workout for a while and expect different results we should talk. Work with a personal trainer and get the results you have been looking for.

    Heather's classes are the absolute best. If the older lady is subbing for her you'll wanna workout on your own

    Try the KoreFit machine - it provides a full body workout in one piece of equipment (especially for your core!)

    People listening to their phones/iPods should also use the disinfecting wipes to clean their devices after working out! :)

    Friday nights after 7pm, the second floor is nearly empty -- you can have your choice of equipment!

    Wipe down that equipment after you finish up each exercise! Leaving a sweaty mess simply isn't cool!

    Put away your weights when you're done with them! Nothing is more annoying than picking up a stack of 45lbs in the middle of a circuit lift.

    Don't use the vending machine to purchase Gatorade. It takes your money and gives you nothing. You would have go to ID services to get your refund.
