Joshua Heykoop3월 17, 2014I was just there with Mich Deca and the customer service was horrible and a couple of the rooms had bed bugs in them. Other than that the view is awesome and they have a lot to do in and around you.
Ted Coppock6월 22, 2014Met there for special planning with others who were staying there. Regular rooms smaller than most was my observation. Very hard to negotiate path from "people mover" to elevators to upper floors.

Lisa Fenimore8월 6, 2010This is not a hotel, it's a city. Grab ur map and good luck. It's extremely confusing but it has a ton to offer, including access to the "People Mover", that will take you around downtown for 50cents
The front desk people aren't the nicest, but it's an overall good spot.

To navigate hotel; always go to floor 1. Take escalator up for cvs, transit & tunnels. Down for food courts
Niice hotel! They got a mini gmc car show downstairs and ova the water is Canada!
