Easily worth the $125 for a 10 course tasting menu. 12 seats, casual, intimate setting to enjoy David Chang. 48hr sous vide short rib, fried; Ko egg with caviar. Skip wine pairings, do sparkling sake.
The breakfast sandwich with eggs, avocado, house-made hot sauce, and pickled red pepper is incredible.
Molletes are the best of the lunch menu only items. Pescado tacos are unfuckwitable. Get here early or you're gonna wait. Habanero Margarita = spiciest
Jean-Georges is one of my favorite places in the city. For first timers I recommend the Jean-Georges’ tasting menu, filled with classics including the incredible Egg Caviar.
The only Laotian food in Manhattan, and it's great. Spare ribs, crispy coconut rice with lime sausage, bone marrow with steak tartare, and pork curry noodles. Equally good for a date or a group.
The menu features many of the cocktails you know/love from Elsa (New Partner, Broken Mirror, Death of a Ladies Man), with a few notable additions (Boxer Beetle, hot drinks). No snacks yet, though!
