Eater4월 25, 2013El Chucho has an impressive beverage menu for such a small place, complete with a variety of margaritas, spike-able sodas and a cocktail list that includes the Senor Clusterf*ck and a Blue Hawaiian.

Sonia Nagda4월 30, 2013Elote (Mexican grilled corn) is a must. The calabacitas tacos (fried zucchini) are a great choice, even if you're not vegetarian. Ask for the salsa picante (hot sauce) if you need an extra kick.
This is a do not miss for Columbia Heights. The drinks are booze with booze and the food is small portions but excellent. Don't miss the Elote or the Hierba.

One of the best kept secrets in DC. Great pork tacos, the corn is ridiculous, and the bartenders make a mean cocktail. Ask for the Suffering Bastard.

The $5 margarita on the rocks is the tastiest of the margaritas. No need to get fancy with it.
