Emily Erin5월 6, 2012Do not get an ocean front balcony room in the chateau tower. The ac units for the entire building are right beneath your balcony...LOUD.
Ask for Michele or Brianna at the front desk. They are extremely helpful and cooperative.
For newly refurbished, it leaves a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness.
