I actually prefer this over the Embassy at Biltmore. Not quite as many HHonors points as with the Embassy but the rooms are nicer, great staff, FREE wifi. And we love that amenities emphasize local products.

With daylight brings the Manager. He is very sweet and understanding. He fixed everything and more. He won me back with no charge. :-)
Affordable semi-boutique hotel 3 blocks from Biltmore Fashion Square. Very nice staff.
- Turned on jacuzzi tub. Mold came out. 10 at night watching a guy work on tub. Gross. Don't stay here
