Extreme attentive and knowledgeable staff, acoustics done right (loud noises around the room are muffled so you can actually have a normal conversation), inventive cocktails, steaks cooked perfectly
I really think the waitstaff likes working there. They're courteous and friendly and always have a smile on their face. Of course the fact that they don't work for tips might make a difference.
