I only used this for the night skiing since other resorts did not offer it at that time. It was fairly good but very crowded.
Hakuba is famous for soba and most locals recommend this place. They have a lot of different food and local alcohol to choose from.
They really serve some quality meat here, it will cost you but it is worth it although still possible to go through meal without spending too much money if that is the plan. They use charcoal grills.

Little expensive but the view is amazing and cake was really good. The indoor part on top only serves as sweets shop but on the bottom floor that is outside you can get burgers and some other stuff.
They are famous for their delicious and very simple salty ramen. For people who want stronger taste they also serve plum-salty or soy base. All you can eat kimchi is already included in ramen price.
Bustling food market surrounded by clothes/souvenir shops and supermarkets. Good experience and view into daily life of the locals and will save you some money. Most stuff is closed by 17:00.

Egg waffles are the thing at this place and they really are good but also very sweet. Get some black coffee to balance the taste.
This bar is located in the Cove for customers that stay in adults only area. Nice design and two pools surrounding the bar make it a very nice place. You can also take your lunch and dinner here.
