- Kappie Farrington9월 29, 2016Excellent staff. We stayed here while my mother was at the Penn hospital, and I could not have felt better cared for. Also, room service is 👌
- Sarah Cho12월 12, 2019Staff is top notch! Rooms are good sized but in room fridge and microwave are not standard (you can request it though) which of they are out would have made traveling with a baby difficult.

- Scott Armstrong12월 6, 2012Awesome room, great staff, terrific vibe! But avoid any 01 room. Like room 1901. I heard the elevator bells all night long!
- Sarah Cox10월 10, 2013This town if full of meat, cheese, and cheesy meat. You'll be thankful for the gym and lap pool to counteract the consumption.
- Marly Carranza8월 18, 2010This is hands down the most awesome hotel I have ever been to. Even the housekeeping staff impress me. Not to mention how tasty those chocolate mints are that they always leave on my pillow.
- The Loews allows dogs to stay with you ... $25/STAY for up to two dogs! My dogs love coming here, and the staff is always so great and friendly with them.

- Mary Crippen5월 9, 2013Some (all?) rooms don't have showers--just a bathtub. A nice bathtub, but still. Other than that the room was huge and very nice/comfortable.
- Abby Ortega3월 18, 2014The view of the city at night from the restaurant at the top of the hotel is breath taking

- Bshark Andrews7월 17, 2013Incredible views, expensive internet and parking. Pool was never available for me to work out I'm my four day stay - a "spill" had occurred
- ᴡ Linam7월 28, 2011Nice location and great decor. Not the most attentive staff. The concierge was uneducated about basic tourist desires. They had no idea about the area theatre and concerts. This seems basic.
- Greg Zimmerman12월 5, 2012Anthony the Doorman reminded me of why I once worked for Loews; great customer service!
- I had a sub par experience here. Vacuum cleaner running outside my door at 1am and getting room service was next to impossible. Maybe it was just the b-squad on that night.
