Brown Sugar on a Friday night is the best live band in Sydney! Go any other day of the week to enjoy the architecture of the bar and the cocktails. Order a Lychee Rose Martini or The Vasari cocktail.

Love this bar. It becomes my hang out place every sat. Maybe it is the band, the crowd, the whole architecture. Drinks are expensive and diluted. But i dun need the drinks to chill out.

Cosy little bar nestled in the basement of the Hilton hotel in the CBD. Regular live music and great selection of cocktails to be had. Tip: ask the band for an encore!

Great staff will make you a perfect classic cocktail. Sazerac, Vesper Martini, and Rum & Raisin Old Fashioned are superb. Beautiful, relaxed setting. Perfect for a special occasion.

Awesome interior, good staff, not sure about the cocktails but you can never go wrong with a whisky. Worth checking out this place

What's not to like? It's 1893 architectural heritage, nearly all marble decor, extensive bar, good staff members, intimate setting. If you're sick of the pub scene, try this. 자세히 보기

Amazing room full of history. should be the number one bar in Sydney.its understaffed toilets don't flush properly a lost opportunity great band let down by useless management.

Beautiful venue.Poor service: no table service when asked for second drink .Claiming too busy.They had no lemonchelo aperitif, Including first bar man was not familiar with the drink. Most unpleasant

Must recommend their lychee and rose martini - ask for it a little dry. Or if you're a purist, Millers Westbourne Strength gin. Finest I have ever tasted.

Wear a jacket. The air conditioning is fierce. Can be a very mixed crowd given the Hilton is just upstairs.

If there's a drink you really love that's no longer on the menu, most of the bar staff will be able to make it for you regardless. Viva the Aviator!

Been around forever, and that's the only real reason to come, for the great architecture. Very average bar that can get a little crowded. Come here once just to tell your kids like my dad did

Ordered two drinks 11.20pm.At 11.30pm,security informs us we had two mnts to finish drinks.We compained to headwaiter,that we could have gone somewhere else. mentioned he did send his staf,NOT TRUE.
