President Washington (yes, the 1st one ever) dined here when he visited Charleston back in the day. An amazing experience.

If not the best burgers in Charleston, certainly the most creative. Check out the Mac & Cheese stuffed one, it's insane. Also, ping pong.
Super cool atmosphere that is inspired by it's name. Also, weekly dancing lessons and tasty drinks.

A warehouse in the middle of nowhere, it's an awesome place to hang out and have some pints.
A Mexican staple in Charleston. Nothing fancy, just good food. Get a Margarita pitcher.
Very unique bar that is mostly open-air. Get one of their delicious whiskey, rum, or vodka punch concoctions if you want to get wasted on the cheap.
Super cool gastropub that has something like 42 beers on tap. They also brew their own beer in house, and it's super tasty.
Very fun beer garden with self-dispensing taps all around the building. You get a pre-loaded card that you can swipe at any tap station and dispense delicious beer. Food is great too.
$9 all you can eat BBQ buffet (including sweet tea) and the best fried chicken in town. Need I say more?
Another contender for best burgers in Charleston. Open-air and has a really cool atmosphere based on Edgar Allen Poe.
Although it looks like a little hole in the wall in a strip mall, it's got some of the best in-house drink infusions in town and some amazing food.
A must-visit if the weather is good. Nothing fancy, but a great way to soak in some Charleston scenery outside.
Cool menu that focuses on traditional pub/tavern food as well as more traditional meals. Also located on Shem Creek, so it has some great views.

A classic British pub with money stapled to every square inch of wall space. Amazing fish & chips.
Awesome beer list and awesome food. The atmosphere is a bit dark like a tavern, but who cares.
Very good sushi, and it transforms into one of the most popular dance clubs in down on the weekends at night.
A brunch staple. They specialize in benedicts, but have all the classics like omelettes, french toast, and pancakes.
