Seafood platter is underwhelming and not fresh. Saw them take the lobster out from a plastic bag from the freezer. Everything was pretty meh.

After 1 hour of waiting, they brought the appetizers and entrees at the same time. When we react, they accused us for not mentioning that we would like our appetizers first! Horrible service!!!!

Food is good. But the service..omg it's outrageous! They mop the stairs even though people are eating right below and the waiters do not even feel sorry for this. Ridiculous.
