This is Earnest without any pretentiousness from their other locations. The hot fudge sundae is so good.

Nice soft serve. The chocolate milkshakes are great. The Honeycomb Peak was as infused or drizzled with honey as I would expect, but you do get a large piece of honeycomb!
Another place that uses liquid nitrogen. I enjoyed the strawberry rhubarb. Do consider walking over to Earnest on Fraser, though.
Long lines on the weekends, up to half an hour. Cones give you larger servings than a cup. Try the chocolate cherry and the whiskey fudge!
For savoury pies, go for the pulled pork. I enjoyed it more than the ham & Swiss. We will be back for the sweet pies!
