Karla4월 28, 2014La Colombe coffee is a step up from your average bagel shop. Yum! The bagels... Let's just say it's no Absolute Bagel. A bit too tough for my liking, and I like salt on my everything bagels.
Whole wheat? Tofu? What are you, meshuggah? Get a nice lox with a schmear, maybe, on a nice regular bagel? Don't be a schmuck and ask them to toast it... Eat, eat! You're all skin and bones!
I was here for 5 straight days for breakfast while staying with a friend for the U.S. Open. I always had the healthy bagel with different spreads - try the maple walnut raisin!! Yummy!!
The best bagels in New York. Seriously. They're insanely good. Whatever you're doing, just stop and go order a bagel with a schmear. Unless they're closed. Then you'll have to wait for that schmear.

Harumi U9월 20, 2014They continue cranking out fresh bagels until about 11am. Given their no toasting policy, if you want to eat a bagel at its best go in the morning. Otherwise bring it home and toast yourself

Your quintessential NY bagel, Murray’s is great. Can’t go wrong with lox, but they make a mean turkey and avocado on poppyseed.

Incredible bagels. If you like salmon, get the traditional with an everything bagel. You pay for what you get.

This is still my favorite bagel in NYC. Delicious spreads, salads, and treats too. They don't toast, but you don't miss it.
Bianca6월 9, 2019Try the pastrami salmon, on a freshly baked and toasted bagel, with cheese cream and capers 🥯 🤩 That’s happiness- If you ask nicely, you can get your cream cheese 1/2 sun dried tomato and 1/2 jalapeño, which is the best hot/cold combo on earth.
Good bagels, the guys behind the counter take so many orders a day they are a little scatterbrained. So order 1 thing at a time!

The best bagels in NYC live here. They don't toast so don't even think about asking. Weekend lines are long but it's worth the wait.
