Brennen Stenke8월 20, 2015The Bún salad is great with tofu. The careful French fusion here makes for an intriguing menu. As a bonus (or requisite, perhaps) they place an emphasis on local ingredients. The space is cool, too.

The pork bún is so freaking delicious. Trust me…you'll have to keep coming back for more. absolutely loved the tofu lettuce wraps,with crisp and flavorful pickled vegetables and a spicey hoisin sauce!
