Head to the food court in the departures building (above the check-in counters) and watch the planes as they come and go. Limited food options but there's a decent Costa
Good food and noticeably good and efficient service. Music is crap though. Justin Bieber? Seriously?
Popular with locals. If you go on weekends expect some mobile phone noises, some chatter, loud laughing and stuff (it can be good for some silly movies, but not for more serious ones)

Old restaurant that's not very easy to find, but it's cheap with good food. Pay AED 45 for the buffet, which is recommended. Waiters are very cheerful but the ambience is nonexistent
