- 2 floors with plenty of cardio machines, even when it's crowded. Go Thursday through Sunday for a smaller crowd. Everything's pretty clean and has everything you need.
30m work out is the best section. They need to expand to make 2 of them
$99 for the year? Awesome. Not much room for plyometrics, stretching, and ab work but overall you cant beat what you get for the price.

Holding on to the rails while you run on the treadmill isn't realistic you can't do that outside so just slow down!!! ;)
If you're a night owl, come after 11 pm. More parking and way less crowded...
Put your weights back where they belong. You're at the gym to workout, stop being lazy and taking shortcuts
Make sure you bring a towel. They don't offer towel service, but $10 a month you can't complain.
They have a charger for iPod / iPhone on the treadmill. Use it. That's Legit.- If you want to play music, play it through your headphones. Not everyone wants to hear your music.
