Don't use the glasses in the bedroom. They don't wash them. Worst house keeping services ever. I left the room for 7 hours and when I came back, still not cleaned despite 2 calls.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I have stayed in fine hotels all over the world,but I have never returned to my room to find my diamond wedding band and $200 in casino chips stolen. 12 days later,no resolution

Waste of time IMO. No comps for young people. Only special was for those over 50. Lots of slots if you are okay paying 40-80 cents a pull.

"Gave them a chance" as they requested. Bartender at Silk: I waited 20 minutes without acknowledgment so we left. Went to another bar to find more rude service. I'll keep my money at the other casinos

This place is a shithole..both rms were ready 2.5 hrs late, we sat 3 hrs late for dinner reservations bc they f'ed up then couldn't let us into the club bc they over sold-we were late bc of them! F U!

Not worth the price. Slow service in EVERYTHING bc there's not enough staff, from restaurants, concierge, room svc, to drinks in casino. Nightclub bouncers openly ask for bribes 2b let into the club.
