Beware of horrible customer service! Many people we checked in had multiple issues with their reservation and the staff were not friendly or helpful at all!

Elevator is smart. There is no breakfast. Hotel workers have difficult times when u ask something to them. It is like they dont like helping or solving ur problem. You hear every noise in the room

Centralissimo. Impianto di riscaldamento rumoroso. Qualità generale medio bassa. Carta di credito obbligatoria da cui vengono scalati subito circa 89$ per franchigia.

The only good thing is location of hotel. Its close to times Square. Water is leaking like shit, air condition doesn't work as well as rooms are not useful and comfortable
