Raj Chakraborty7월 15, 2018Rental car is in baggage claim area. The cars are parked on both sides. Ensure you are walking towards the right side. Every car has a designated spot. TSA staff are friendly and courteous and there is free WiFi in the vicinity. And they had free sweet tea and lemonade. There is Starbucks as well좋아요 - 2일 전

This might be my favorite airport in America. Small, clean, efficient, and warm & sunny. Checks all my boxes! ☀️

If you are a member of any airport club there is a small club just past Starbucks on the left. Open to all airport club members. Coffee soda cookies and places to work.
The rideshare (Uber/Lyft) pick up is in the north rental car area, just head right at baggage and follow the signs outside.
Great little airport to fly in and out of. One terminal with about 12 gates. Baggage handling was pretty good and quick. Only downside very limited food and drink options once through security.

Charles .8월 19, 2012Nice comfortable chairs on upper level where you check in. They recline and there's also a separate foot rest. Best place to do an overnight layover and be comfortable.

Sav airport is the BEST airport ever! You can still do curbside check-in & actually get out of your car without the Po Po running you off. Just make sure you tip your skycap!

Note! Don't get here too early for your morning flight. TSA doesn't open till 4:30am(ish) though, it IS a pretty enough airport to relax in :)

Babette has been serving beers in the Budweiser Bar (after security) for at least the past 8yrs. She is awesome. So are the extra large sized Bud Lights.
This airport has the kindest and most helpful employees, especially, surprisingly the TSA. Have never had an unpleasant experience here.
Monday morning security lines are LONG. Make sure you allow for at least 30 minutes to go through the line, so you aren't pressed for time.
Uber & Lyft pickups are downstairs on the lower level of the airport. Follow the signs!

Retro gaming fans: this airport has a great classic arcade area, worth checking out before heading through security. Lol.
Paul Thenstedt4월 28, 2013Traveling to Hilton Head and don't want to rent a car? KShuttle passenger van is $80 round trip. Last shuttle leaving SAV is 11:45p and returns leaving HH to SAV start at 4am.

Russell Wilson, the shoe-shiner, is very good. Would definitely recommend.
Pooping here is great. The bathrooms near the new gates are sealed tight so there's Noooo peaking .... now I don't have k think about dump trucks to do my biz-nass
