Open since the 1930s, The Sazerac is now The Official Cocktail of New Orleans, and this is the best place to try it. My fave is The Ramos Gin Fizz.

Yes, the gin fizz is great. Try the Hot Buttered Rum in winter, though! It's like liquid Christmas.
