Get the Snooze Spuds Deluxe with hash browns covered in jack cheese and an egg and add avocado, pico de gallo and goat cheese. Worth the 2 hour wait.
Love the hashbrowns. Takeout is a great option for locals who don’t want to wait. Breakfast burrito and spuds deluxe are faves. Love the coffee too.

Snooze serves Colorado's delicious Bhakti Chai, a fresh-pressed ginger chai that tastes great in a Dirty Chai (soy chai latte with a shot of espresso). Doooo it.- Ask about HALF ORDERS!!! Snooze Spuds are my favorite. Get them with carmelized onions, mushrooms, and chicken sausage. Also if they ever bring back Shrimp and Grits get that as well.
