    아미고가 직접 수타로 면을 뽑는 주옥같은 소바집입니다. 맥주는 orion 이 구비되어 있습니다.

    If you are a uni fans, you should get cold uni udon/soba in the summer and hot tempera udon/soba in winter. I like to eat in this place. Udon and soba are handmade. Soba/udon very chewy.

    Soba here is homemade, fresh, and perfect for a hot summer day. I like to add lots of toppings like enoki, roe, and uni. Get the hijiki salad and tempura to start. Yum!

    Everything we had was delicious. Be prepared to wait, the hostess gave us (party of 4) a 30min wait time, ended up waiting an 1.5 hours.

    The Buta-Kakuni (Braised Pork Belly w/ Poached Egg in Broth) is to die for. The Chawan-Mushi (Steamed Egg Custard w/ Vegetable and Chicken) is also tasty. If it's two of you, get a seat at the bar.

    DUCK HOT SOBA: solid choice. duck comes out slightly undercooked but comes to fruition as you wait to dig in. get it with soba, udon is not as complementary.

    hot towel to start off your meal! my salmon/salmon roe don lunch set was so endearingly elegant and daintly put together. soba noodles were al dente-ly perf and the salmon made my heart and soul sing.

    All about the house made soba but don't forget about dessert. The manju is a warm bean filled bun. There's also a dessert with agar jelly, rice dumpling and ice cream that's refreshing.

    Recommend getting any of the more "fatty" sobas. As much as I loved my mushroom soba, the ones with either pork or duck or any type of meat tastes more filling and flavorful.

    Soba soba soba come for lunch and get a set. It's confusing so I'll just say it here: lunch set only comes w a subset of rice / plain noodles.

    Walking into Sobaya feels like I'm being transported back to Japan. For an authentic and particularly heart-healthy bowl, get the Maguro Tororo soba, cold. (Grated slimy -mmm- mountain yam and tuna)

    The lunch specials are great! Always get the sake don that comes with udon or soba. Super worth it

    They make their own soba daily. The soba lunchbox specials are delicious and a great way to try a variety of items. They have the best gomae and Japanese omelets. -Malika Ameen, Top Chef Just Desserts

    Think you know authentic Japanese food? You know nothing! Dont forget to make a reservation. PS, appetizers are huge! Split like 4-5 with your date and youre all set.

    Amazing food and be sure to get one of their amazing ice creams with the red bean paste for dessert. And ladies, you must visit the bathroom to experience the supped up Japanese toilet. Weird, I know

    Love the greentea ice cream-if you like a strong green tea flavor, this is a must have. The sauce they use for the seared tuna steak don is amazing!

    Tendon (tempura rice bowl) set comes with soba and miso soup is awesome. Perfect match.

    Come for the Soba and appetizers, stay for them yelling things in Japanese at you when you come and go (I'm going to assume variants on "welcome" and "thanks")

    Expensive, but quality Japanese food. Homemade with good ingredients, the Soba can't be missed! Also try the creamy tofu with green tea salt

    Fresh soba and fish is good! What is this "toto washer" everyone is talking about? Go to the restroom and try for yourself. The toilet seat is warm though :)

    Handmade noodles are a rare find. I'll come back to try the other soba & udon dishes. I had the Chirashi cold soba, small size. I just didn't like the wad of cold spinach.

    Get any child soba noodle dish. i ADORE al dente noodles but these kick that to the curb. The texture is fantastic!! They are chewy

    Tempura is fantastic here. Get the avocado tempura if you want a taste of heaven melting in your mouth!

    Uni and mountain yam soba. Super generous uni portion. Add a side of salmon sashimi for extra fishy delishy.

    予約は取って居ないと。凄く人気でいつも混んでいますが回転が速いので少し待てば入れます。かなりレベル高い蕎麦屋です。そば前にある板わさも良いです。そば前の充実も嬉しく天麩羅も絶妙です。

    Tried the Uni Soba, pudding ,and honey wasabi ice cream. It was an OKAY experience. I don't love or hate this place. Oh well.

    Super fresh soba, can't go wrong with any combination of toppings. Wouldn't suggest tempura batter though if you get a tempura appetizer.

    This is THE place for Soba Noodles in NYC. We recommend the Soba Salad or Mori with Zaru. Arrive for their early bird special for $18 and enjoy a feast!

    Get the mixed mushroom soba for the richer flavoured soup, and just add duck on the side for added protein.

    Go here for the 5:30-7PM M-F dinner special! Soba is very fresh and so snappy, it definitely gets your attention! The desserts like their homemade green tea or yuzu ice cream make a beautiful ending.

    MANJU: not a good combo (comes with green tea ice cream). ice cream is very authentic. red bean bun skin is too thin. for better buns, see chinatown.

    Elegant decoration. We tried some udon with interesting vegetables (one was a bit too salty) and some great steamed ravioli. Big but expensive bowls

    Absolutely one of the best udon places I've been to in the city. They make a mean udon tempura! Avoid their tofu block appetizer though- it's a strange toothpastey consistency.

    Some prices are much higher than what you find on the menu in foursquare app.  うな重は若干身が小さく、お吸い物うどんスープをアレンジしたもののようでした。ただし蕎麦は本格派のよう。あと、女子トイレはウォシュレットあると聞きました(笑)

    Try the soba with curry nanban. The broth is flavorful and the noodles are homemade and tasty.
