Even the cocktails are themed around a farm to glass concept. My favorite dishes are the trout and the Cloud Nine Pasta.
Bar menu is always excellent, ask for the Bourbon list or Brown Water Society info, and the food menu is great seasonal local-ish options. Many yummy meals at Sprig! Although it can get a little pricey, you can't go wrong with most of the menu items, in particular the mussels, ribs, beef short rib, pimento cheese & of course red velvet!
