Their specials (check the chalkboard as you are getting in line) - food and beverages- are great to try. I like their Benedicts.

A little pricey but good food and coffee. A great addition to downtown San Leandro.
Get a Mexican mocha with hot sauce. Fantastic flavor before the heat kicks in for a lingering finish. I like mine breve (with half and half instead of milk).
- Beans are roasted in-house. Every morning there are 4 different fresh brews - or get your favorite in a French Press!
Get the pastry latte which has almond and vanilla. Tastes and smells wonderful
If you're having a party, Zocalo will set you up with a large thermal container, cups, cream, sugars, the works! Just ask.- The Borgia is amazing, hot or cold! Delicious mocha paired with orange zest = happiness in a cup.

The sticky buns are wonderful. They have apples in them. I have one every Saturday morning.
Ask for a White Mocha with Pumpkin Spice, the taste of Halloween.
