Elsa's on the Park, is a perfect place around 2PM on nearly any day of the week. A Burger Au Poivre and an extra dry Belvedere martini. A bit of cosmopolitan living in Juneau Town.

When Mr. Kopp came to Arizona to replicate Elsa's, he founded the most sophisticated burger palace in the Southwest. There is nothing like an extra dry martini and a Burger au Poivre. *****
