This is a classy place with jazz records and a counter charge. My whisky came with beautiful ice and a tiny grilled cheese.
Swanky bar with cover charge of ¥500. Seeing the bartenders at work is like watching a dance. Elegant and interesting. Good selection of whiskies. Ask the staff for recommendation if overwhelmed!
First irish place with a real-feel. Everywhere else is chains, this place has the owner behind the bar, decent IPA (Baird - local). real and slightly gritty atmosphere. Don't get Kilkenny though.
Amazing little dive bar in Osaka, open late. Everything is 500 yen, and totally worth it for the area. Staff is english speaking and there are international regulars and one time visitors!

Wonderful tiny little bar on the 5th floor. Hiro and Ryan will treat you well, and if you don't know what to drink, they'll make you something delicious. They have lots of fun shisha flavours to try.
We went there at night. Good relaxed atmosphere, good music, good art. Employees are friendly, also. If you are looking for a low key bar/cafe, highly recommended.
