Nalden: Good vibes. Good food. When it's sunny, you can sit outside on a lovely terrace.

Alper Çuğun: Very laidback place for drinks or movie. During the day it's also laptop friendly, wifi pass: 'kmetperen'.

Renato Valdes Olmos: pricey, but good. get the catch of the day, oysters or sashimi. wash away with a fine white or champagne.

PUMA: A sweeping industrial space with an enormous modern chandelier and raw concrete surfaces while diners sit at long communal tables while meals are cooked in a Tuscan oven.

Eat-amsterdam.com: One of the best cocktails bars in Amsterdam. Tell the barman what you like and he'll mix a custom drink for you.

Eat-amsterdam.com: One of Amsterdam's best places for cheap, fresh vegetarian salads, sandwiches and snacks. Try the hummus and other dips.
