Jernej: A bit expensive and portions are a bit small but food is good and staff is very friendly.

Jernej: Stakes here are just amazing. Delicious meat and very simple preparation with little side dish.

Jernej: Nice view of the surrounding area.

Jernej: Famous Japanese fish restaurant. They say here is especially good because of the fresh fish they get from Wakayama fishermen.

Jernej: Yakiniku is good but very expensive.

Jernej: They really know coffee here. Also place looks very cool.

Jernej: The lines here can be crazy long but ice cream is very good. I guess sometimes worth waiting.

Jernej: Nice view of castle from the room. It was clean and staff was nice and friendly.

Jernej: Beautiful island to explore. In World War Two used as a defense base with some heavy artillery guns. Go there very early since boat trips are limited and get full very quickly.

Jernej: Nice cozy restaurant inside old farm serving delicious Slovenian food. They have a nice garden and beautiful view around. Good for groups and gatherings.

Jernej: Good burgers and they have draft Bevog Tak beer. Best combination.

Jernej: Welcome to the highest mountain in Japan :)

Jernej: Nice and clean airport. Navigating around is very easy with many info stands and there are plenty of good shops and restaurants. Prices are a bit high but it’s airport after all.

Jernej: For 10€ you can get appetizer or soup, main course with salad and dessert. Very good food for the price.

Jernej: I think this tower is much more interesting from the ground with surrounding shops and restaurants than view from the top.

Jernej: Nice park away from busy streets of the city and you can avoid tourists pouring to the castle by staying outside inner wall. Walking around the castle is very relaxing.

Jernej: Yakiniku was delicious and prices aren’t that high for Japanese standard.

Jernej: Delicious Japanese sweets. They open at 16:30, be there early if you want the popular stuff.

Jernej: Worth waiting in line for this ramen shop. You can also buy 5 packs of instant noodles for 2000¥.

Jernej: If you need a hotel in Bentencho this is nice hotel lace to stay. Rooms are nice and cozy, comfortable beds. Each room also has a turntable, LPs at reception.

Jernej: Very good design of the airport. Everything clear and easy to find. On the way out from arrival floor, south gate, stick to the left and you will see SIM card vending machines for prepaid internet.

Jernej: Very nice hotel with nice public onsen and good restaurant serving traditional Japanese dishes. You can also reserve private onsen.

Jernej: Nice little town full of onsens. Easy to get there with Hankyu bus.

Jernej: Very good yakitori.

Jernej: As I understood they change the menus every few weeks. Very fancy and classy, also very bright with big windows and nice view outside. Food was delicious!

Jernej: Quite expensive but delicious bread and sweets. Be ready to wait in long lines and be early if you want to get anything.
