Their tofu curry is delicious! Lots of vegan options these days, too. Great for BYO with friends. Additional dining room out the back.
The kofta are homemade, and incredibly tasty. Tandoor also on point - love the cheese and onion naan! This place has next level Indian and Malay food 🥘
Bibimbap is massive, fresh, and super tasty. Fried dumplings are packed with filling. Staff are super lovely. No wonder this place is buzzing!
Absolutely old school, which isn’t a bad thing for a diner! Vegetarians will struggle; almost nothing for vegans. But good value and real service. Brunch on weekends only.
The house fries and salad that come with everything are really tasty! Eggs Benedict with tomato and avocado was just the right size - not over the top. $6 mimosas are a good deal. Will be back.
The cheddar and spinach waffles with avo were tasty, albeit on the softer side as they were generously topped with sauce! Strong, well-made coffee. Polite service. I’d go again.
Dining room has a warm, homely atmosphere. A meat heavy comfort food menu, but there are vege options (the falafel sandwich is tasty). Interesting beer selection, too 👍
Food is full of flavour. Panang curry packs a punch. They have a smart selection of classics and more modern takes (including insects, if you’re game!) Lovely owners, too.
Vegan options are fantastic! The red “duck” curry with tropical fruits is superb. All you can eat rice, and bottomless sparkling water. YAS!
Retro dining room and on trend eats (bowls, and things). Coffee is strong. Homemade cakes look amazing 🤤
Fast, filling, and good value (as far as airport food goes!) And if you want to keep it relatively healthy (and pile on the greens), you can.
Very old school. Great breakfast bagel. Tiny vintage espresso machine (and a solid iced latte). The opposite feel of Dark Horse across the road - which is a modern/roomy/generic coffee shop.
This place smells divine! They make everything in their cute, tiny store. Coffee is good, too. Vegan chocolate options also 🤗
The apple cake lives up to the hype. Very chatty/friendly owner, who clearly cares about service. Bagels are filling, and great value. Old school/no frills place which still has the goods.
Espresso is incredibly well made. Iced latte on diablo 👍 Shop doesn’t have much ambiance, but you’re not here for that.

Impeccably roasted coffee - incredibly smooth iced latte. Shop is nondescript but don’t let that fool you. Small but great value food menu, too (jaffles and bagels).
The zucchini, chili, and gruyere bun was out of this world. Glazed madeleines also excellent. Hardly any tables; line out the door. Everything looked good.

Haven’t been for years. Fit out is lovely/cosy. Pumpkin fritters superb. Coffee well made. A neighborhood institution with good reason.
