Cheap way to see Portland. It only goes to a hospital, but they have an observation deck where you can get out and look around.
JFK section is really cool, also learned a lot about Oregon's history. They also have a hands on kids area in the basement.

Good burgers, but I wish they would do something about the seating! There are never any seats and you're always hovering over someone so you can take their table as soon as they're done.

Andy's is a great place to go for custard anytime of the year! It's so much better than ice cream! So creamy and smooth and full of flavor! There are awesome seasonal concretes & sundaes to watch for!
