I love this place. Yes, it’s on the pricey end for fast food, but you are paying for quality healthy food. I’m a big fan of the veggie noodles as a base. The staff is pretty friendly here too.
The karage was delicious, lightly breaded and salted, and has a nice crunch. I loved the beef tongue in beef bone broth ramen. It taste like a fusion between ramen and pho, great for a cold day!
