Matt Ta-Min: Good place for afternoon tea on the weekend. Their cakes and coffee selection are great. Pricey, but the quality is high and service is good. The cake shop is excellent for takeaway cakes.
Matt Ta-Min: Very old, simple and very cheap chapati house in central KL. Mutton curry was good. It's all very basic but if you are looking for authenticity then you won't go wrong here.

Matt Ta-Min: Good nonya food in the Central market. Service is slow but the Rendang and Ayam fish dishes were both very good. Sago gulam Malacca was a nice dessert.
Matt Ta-Min: A nice feature in the airport. Something different that sets KL airport apart. That said it is pretty small, and you can walk around and through it in all of about 2 minutes.

Matt Ta-Min: Malaysian chicken rice was ok, chicken not bad but the rice was better. Thai salad was excellent with lots of crunch and flavour. It's a nice place for quick and cheap food.
Restoran Soong Kee Beef Ball Noodle (Jalan Tun HS Lee), 쿠알라룸푸르, Kuala Lumpur

Matt Ta-Min: Evening only, you must be early to get fried dough sticks. Best to eat inside. Outside feels more authentic, but too much traffic fumes! This place is truly excellent for a quick, cheap evening meal.
Matt Ta-Min: A secondary outlet of one of the very best noodle shops in all of KL. All their dishes here are great. I love the beef balls. Excellent food, though it does miss some of the ambience of the original.

Matt Ta-Min: This is a MUST visit every time I'm in KL. Noodles are excellent. It's worth going for a couple of small bowls so you can try more different types of toppings - beef balls, slices, chicken etc.
Matt Ta-Min: You come here for the deep fried egg "EGG BOMB!", along with salted eff chicken. Their specials are all really good. The setting is not particularly fancy, but the food is excellent. Worth a visit.
Matt Ta-Min: Hokkien mee is excellent here. Decent wok flavour. A bit more expensive than other places, but worth it for the noodles and other dishes like the satay and stuffed veg from the other stalls around.
Matt Ta-Min: A good collection of hawker stalls here. Really liked their Hokkien mee and the satay stall was really good. You know it's worth coming when you've got a grandma or an old uncle cooking for you!

Matt Ta-Min: Fantastic Indian food. Really enjoyed the mutton biryani, dhal makhani and their paneer. Really popular at lunch time and for good reason. Food and service are really good here.

Matt Ta-Min: Fancy cocktail bar with the 'top' views in KL. Drinks are a bit pricey, but you are mainly coming for the ambience and chance to watch the sun go down.

Matt Ta-Min: Classy Malay restaurant in a nice setting. You can try some excellent Malaysian food away from the bustle and smoke of Jalan Alor. Bit pricey but worth visiting for a nice meal.
Matt Ta-Min: The basic Chilli pan mee is excellent. Simply done with simple toppings, & a poached egg. Side soup, and some excellent chilli round it off as a really satisfying simple meal.

Matt Ta-Min: The most famous Hawker stalls from KL in one food court. Excellent way to sample the best of Malay food. I love the Hokkien mee, Penang Char Kway Teoh & chilli pan mee. Go crazy & try all the stalls!

Matt Ta-Min: Worth coming for the chicken wings. The rest of the food is ok but not amazing. An extensive menu of Malay and Chinese food, but it's mainly the wings that you should order.
Matt Ta-Min: Really well located in the heart of Bukit Bintang. Tons of shopping & food options on your doorstep. At the same time quite well priced and the staff were very helpful. The gym is a bit small though.
Matt Ta-Min: Meats (beef / pork/ lamb / chicken) are mainly from Australia. Fish tends to be from NZ. Sausages were from France. Loved it all. Slight downside is the portions of sauce (I.e. bernaise) was v.small.
Matt Ta-Min: I'd recommend Young Master and Yardley Brothers beers here. Lots of the other beers here trend to the 'exotic' with fruit/herb infusions. Also I find some HK breweries are all marketing over taste.
Matt Ta-Min: Good Chinese restaurant with excellent, juicy char siu. Really enjoyed smoked chicken, & classic Canto dishes like Sweet & sour pork are done really well. They offer a lot of speciality wild rices.
