The banana leaf salad is the best Thai dish in the world you haven't eaten. Get your spicy pants on because this will light you up -- or get a beer slushy.

When it comes to the toasted coconut sundae at Uncle Boons, Ryan Sutton put it best: “Coconut milk gelato, candied nuts, and whipped cream. If you don’t like this, you are a flawed human being.” 자세히 보기

Get the beer slushie, a house speciality. Spy the rotating barrel behind the bar? It's filled with ice water and salt, the constant movement keeps the beers just below freezing.

Michelin star restaurant with no pretentiousness, fun vibe, and high quality, inventive dishes. A modern take on Thai food. Get the tamarind margarita, mango salad, & the lobster (if they have it)!

Love this place. Get the pig ears, chicken curry salad appetizer, massaman curry, and don't forget dessert. Some peanut butter whipped cream thing that is delicious. Tasty cocktails too!

The chicken leg curry over noodles...was ridiculously tender and delicious...tamarin Margerita is off the charts good...the short ribs were also tasty.I can’t wait to come back and try roasted cabbage

One of our 2014 Food & Drink Award Winners, Uncle Boons marries flawless technique with Thailand flavors. Baby octopus and a frozen Singha beer slushie might be the best bar meal in the 5 boroughs. 자세히 보기

A very cozy space and likely an hour long wait, but great food. The highlights were the minced lamb salad starter and boneless beef ribs. Also recommend their spicy house beer; has a jalapeño kick.

At Uncle Boons, they serve tweaked versions of traditional dishes from all over Thailand. Eater critic Ryan Sutton loves the rotisserie chicken, frog legs, curry snails, crab rice, and short ribs. 자세히 보기

The best Thai restaurant i have been to in New York City by far. This has a fusion of traditional Thai and western with some really out-there dishes, like the roasted bone marrow.

This place is fantastic. Get the beer slushie, sweetbreads, blowfish tails, golden chicken curry, and save room for coconut ice cream. The chicken and banana salad is super spicy. Real authentic, GO!

Uncle Boons' Milk Toast is better than a donut. The restaurant's Milk Bread is inspired by sweet toasts typically sold at coffee shops in Thailand. 자세히 보기

Would go back again tomorrow...and wait another 1.5 hours for a table if it meant eating the coconut sundae again. One of the best desserts in NYC!

Order a ton and eat family-style. Betel leaf wraps, golden curry, charred octopus, and spicy lamb salads are all musts. Don't sleep on the spicy boon brew, it's dope.

Thai Rotissererie encourages you to let loose! Share plates, eat with your hands, and enjoy your food Thai style. Definitely order a Thai style beer slushy at the bar while watching the Rotisserie.

Modern thai food, complex and bursting with flavor. Love the warm lamb laab and it packs some real Thai heat. Kao Soi my least fave (sorry nothing better than my dad's)! Must get the coconut sundae!

The massaman beef is excellent but a little too spicy. Goes great with jasmine rice. The roti is excellent for dipping in most of the dishes. The coconut sundae was also very good. Friendly service!

Almost as good as Pok Pok without the schlep to Red Hook plus beer slushies! Must have the spicy chicken & banana blossom salad, golden curry, crab fried rice, and finish with the coconut sundae.

Thai with a unique spin, Amazing flavors. Give that palette a try, you might just be amazed. My fav chicken leg noodle, mango salad, liver with roti, sour sausage and the bread with condensed milk.

Fantastic, get here before the word gets out. Reordered the betel leaf for dessert it was so good. Heard complaints nearby ("too spicy!") but I thought it was perfect. If you can't stand the heat...

The chefs are two alumni of Per Se. Chile freaks can find the heat they crave in a chicken-and-banana-blossom salad or an unusual warm laab of chopped lamb fried to a caramelized crunch in a wok."

Cannot recommend the crab fried rice enough. Order 2 if you have a big party. Also don't skip the Khao Soi Kaa Gai (get it with the mushrooms if you are sharing because the chicken is on the bone).

All dishes are awesome, but some are very spicy (looking at you, banana salad). Ask your server to help balance the spice level of your order according to your heat tolerance.

Kao Soy and banana blossom salad were great, Lamb Laab was really good, and curry was alright. Waits are long though, so if you can, put your name down hour(s) before you actually want to eat!!

There are few places I'd wait two hours for but I'd wait four for the rotisserie chicken, crab fried rice, fried pig ears and the bone marrow. Prepare for the ultimate but most amazing food coma.
