The only way to go is the Chef's tasting menu with the wine pairing - dont be fooled by the size of each serving and dont plan on driving either - well worth it by a long shot!

If you are looking for a special occasion, I would highly recommend Gordon Ramsay's at the London. It really is an exceptional experience!

Pre fixe showed me a thing or two. Alot of flavored foams on this stuff. Complex flavors. Give it a B in the celeb chef arena.

Meal fit for the Queen. My faves: Rec Wine Pairings, Risotto, Suckling Pig, Blood Orange Chocolate Mousse, Dragonfruit sorbet, Sweet Cart

Chef Mark Glocker's food is absolutely wonderful! the tour of the kitchen…Impressive! not a bad meal during our stay. Maze has the best burger I've had to date.

It's strange. My server needed a tissue. Very badly. Throughout the entire meal...sniffling. Ugh. Food not memorable.
