New restaurant in the 24/7 diner space at the Standard. Best restaurant they’ve had in the hotel in years!!!
Totally young scene. Pretty cool tho and I love that meres one from 5 Pointz is doing and curating the art. The outdoor plaza “open to the public” will be an interesting experiment.
Very beautiful in a flashy Vegas way. Baristas on site, restaurant on top floor. Totally over the top on all levels. The cost of keeping this operational has got to be enormous.
Too crowded to do much looking but the neighborhood crowd esp from Chinatown was very enthusiastic about having this new store in the area.
get there EARLY. By mid-late afternoon, impossible to ride a bike bc of strollers, pedestrians, kids who don’t watch where they’re going.
Great food although the restaurant ambiance leaves a lot to be desired. But the good is really good - especially if you love herring and salmon, gravlax etc.
Great views from decks and the rooftop. Small, well-maintained condo bldg by the LIC waterfront
Absolutely gorgeous plant store with a coffee shop on premise. Not sure if this is an extended pop up or here permanently (or as permanent as any retail can be these days)
