Whether you lean toward breakfast, brunch, or brinner, Charlotte has a great spot for you to indulge in the most important meal of the day at any time of the day.
Joshua Drown: It can be hard to get in on the weekends without a long wait, so I love to come in during on a weekday. Breakfast is served all day, do yourself a favor and order the Bunny Rancheros and a mimosa.
Joshua Drown: There is something just perfect about a French Bakery when the temperatures drop outside. So many great things on the menu, but don't leave without trying their salted caramel brownies.
Joshua Drown: One of the most friendly places in Charlotte, a great way to start a weekend is with breakfast at Mert's. I like the southern faire: fried whiting fish and eggs & fried green tomatoes.
Joshua Drown: Good food that comes out really fast. They also have nice, but small selection of beer. My P90 omelet was no the table in about 3 minutes, and it was awesome.
Joshua Drown: This is the ultimate 2am spot after a late night Uptown. I like to go with the chicken and waffles, it will set things right after a night of abuse or just help you get your day started.
Joshua Drown: Great spot for breakfast in the heart of Dilworth, but if there's a wait ask about sitting at the bar. Sounds a bit crazy, but I really love the peanut butter and banana stuffed french toast.
Joshua Drown: A great spot for brunch on Saturday or Sunday, I just loved the Lacquered Pork Belly Benedict. I was all about the pork belly, but each bite was balanced and the dish was delicious.
